High performance 175W monocrystalline solar panel from Victron Energy. The BlueSolar range of panels is designed for high temperature operation and exceptional low light performance to maximise energy conversion. The integrated high performance bypass diodes minimise the power drop caused by shading and the advanced EVA encapsulation system with triple-layer back sheet meets the most stringent safety requirements for high voltage operation (when connecting several panels in series). The high-transmission tempered glass provides enhanced stiffness and impact resistance.
Sealed in a tough, anodised aluminium frame with a waterproof junction box for connecting cables, this panel can be used in all weather conditions so is suitable for permanent outdoor installations. It's ideal for static applications, such as in an off-grid systems, or for use on boats and vehicles such as campervans, motorhomes, caravans and 4x4s.
The junction box of this panel is fitted with a pair of 0.9m long solar cables, terminated with MC4-compatible solar connectors.
