The Goal Zero Yeti 3000X Portable Power Station is the successor of the Yeti 3000 Lithium. The Goal Zero Yeti 3000X is the ideal generator for those looking for a generator with a large battery capacity. This generator is suitable as an emergency provision or for in and around the house, camping or boat. With a battery capacity of 3032 Wh and various outputs, the Yeti 3000X is suitable for charging small refrigerators / coolers, power tools, lighting and other equipment with a maximum output of up to 2000 Watt. Now with WiFi connectivity, simply connect a Yeti through your WiFi router and control it remotely using the new Goal Zero Yeti App. Turn ports on or off, check battery levels, even update the Yeti’s firmware with your chosen device.
The combination of a battery capacity of 3032 Wh and a capacity of up to 2000 W (3500 W peak load) can power various devices, ranging from lighting, electric (camping) hobs, coolers and small refrigerators, to power tools, laptops, smartphones, etc. The Goal Zero Yeti 3000X has different outputs, such as USB-A, USB-C PD (60 W), 12 V (120 W regulated) and 230 volts AC. All different outputs can be used at the same time. The Yeti 3000X runs silently and fuel-free.
The Yeti 3000X can be charged in a number of ways. It can be plugged into the wall socket and fully charged within 13.5 hours with the supplied charger, but it can also be charged using solar panels. This forms a powerful, self-sufficient energy system. Moreover, the Yeti 3000X can be charged via the 12 V cigarette charger in a car with the Goal Zero 12V charging cable (see matching accessories). The integrated MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) charging controller ensures the most efficient charging process possible.
Goal Zero has also developed accessories such as the Yeti Link Car Charging Kit and the Yeti tank together with the Yeti link to further optimise the Power Station. Thanks to the Car Charging Kit, the Yeti Lithium (1000 or higher) can be charged while driving with the alternator in your vehicle. Charging takes place extra quickly with 25A - 50A (300W - 750W), which means that the Yeti Lithium is fully charged again within 5 - 6 hours. Combining the Yeti Tank with the Yeti Link can increase the capacity even further. The Yeti Tank Expansion Battery includes an AGM battery with a capacity of 1200 Wh (100 Ah). Each Yeti Tank AGM battery adds 1.2 kWh of energy storage to your system.
The Yeti 3000X is equipped with a clear front display. This allows you to monitor the input and output in Watts, Volts and Amps. The display also clearly indicates the charging status of the battery along with a timer with various uses. Whether you want it to show how many hours or minutes it will take to fully charge the battery or how long the Yeti can still power the connected device, you can use the handy buttons above the display to set this to your exact requirements.
